1. Open the Viu App, tap the Menu button (top left), and select ‘Redeem Code’.
2. Log in or sign up if prompted.
3. Enter your code, check the box for ‘I’m Not a Robot’, and tap Next.
4. Agree to the Viu T&C by checking the box, then tap ‘Redeem Now’ and Confirm.
5. Redemption complete! Enjoy your Viu Premium.
Viu Website (iOS users)
1. Open Safari or another browser, and go to www.viu.com.
2. Tap the Member icon (top right) and select ‘Redeem Code’.
3. Sign in or sign up if required.
4. Enter your code, check the box for ‘I’m Not a Robot’, and tap Next.
5. Agree to the Viu T&C by checking the box, then tap ‘Redeem Now’ and Confirm.
6. Redemption complete! Enjoy your Viu Premium.

Terms
1. The Viu Premium e-voucher code (“Redemption Code”) can be redeemed on the Viu platform only. To redeem, refer to the steps provided
2. The e-voucher code is non-transferable and cannot be sold, returned, exchanged, or converted to cash.
3. Each e-voucher code be redeemed once and will become invalid after redemption.
4. The e-voucher code must be redeemed on or before the expiry date specified on it. Expired codes will not be accepted.
5. Viu reserves the right to cancel or modify the validity of the e-voucher code at any time, including but not limited to the following events:
· Where fraudulent activity is suspected; and,
· If the Redemption Code is misused or is used not in accordance with these terms.
6. The e-voucher code may be applicable only to specific subscription plans as determined by Viu.
7. Viu is not liable for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the e-voucher code.
8. All decisions regarding the e-voucher code and its usage are final and binding. By using the thee-voucher code, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
