অর্ডার ডেলিভারি ও বাতিলকরণ নীতি
- অর্ডার সফল হবার পর কোনভাবেই সেটি বাতিল করা যাবে না। তবে, ডেলিভারি সফল হবার পূর্বে আমাদের সাপোর্টে অনুরোধ জানালে সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে। (শর্ত ১.১)
- আমাদের ডেলিভারি সেবা কর্মঘণ্টার মধ্যে অর্ডার প্লেস করার ৬০–১৮০ (কর্ম মিনিট) মধ্যে গ্রাহকের নিবন্ধিত ই-মেইল বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ-এ ডেলিভারির তথ্য পাঠানো হয়। কর্মঘণ্টার বাইরে অর্ডার করলে পরবর্তী কর্মঘণ্টায় ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
অফিস সময়: প্রতিদিন সকাল ১১টা থেকে রাত ১১টা (বাংলাদেশ সময়)
- গ্রাহকের অনুরোধে বাতিল হয়ে গেলে প্রদত্ত মূল্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, তবে শর্ত ১.১ অনুসারে অন্য পণ্যে মূল্য বিনিময় করা হবে।
- Subscriptions MART BD-এর কারণে কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করলে গ্রাহকের টাকা ১–২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে (bKash Online Payment ও Manual Payment ক্ষেত্রে)।
- প্রোডাক্ট স্টক না থাকলে Subscriptions MART BD যে কোনও অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
- গ্রাহক যদি তার প্রাইভেট সাবস্ক্রিপ্সন নিজস্ব ই-মেইলে অ্যাক্সেস চান, তাহলে তাকে ই-মেইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড প্রদান করতে হবে; আমাদের টিম সর্বোচ্চ ৩ বার লগইন চেষ্টা করবে। তাতেও ব্যর্থ হলে বা গ্রাহক সহযোগিতা না করলে, এবং কাস্টমারের চেঞ্জ অফ মাইন্ড বা নিজ থেকে অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করলে, অথবা ক্যাশ রিফান্ড নিলে (any Purpose) ১৫% ক্যানসেলেশন/এডজাস্টমেন্ট ফি কেটে বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে।
Order Delivery & Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. However, if our support team is informed before the delivery is completed, the order may be canceled. (Condition 1.1)
- Deliveries are made to the customer’s registered email or WhatsApp within 60–180 working minutes during working hours. If the order is placed outside working hours, delivery will be completed during the next working shift.
Business Hours: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time)
- In case of a customer-requested cancellation, the paid amount is non-refundable. However, if covered under (Condition 1.1), a price exchange with another product may be allowed.
- If Subscriptions MART BD cancels the order due to internal reasons, the customer will receive a refund within 1–24 hours (applies to both bKash Online Payment and Manual Payment).
- Subscriptions MART BD reserves the right to cancel any order due to product stock limitations.
- If the customer wants to access their private subscription on their own email, they must provide the email and password; our team will attempt to log in a maximum of 3 times. If these attempts fail, or the customer does not cooperate, or if the customer changes their mind, cancels the order on their own, or takes a cash refund (for any purpose), a 15% cancellation/adjustment fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
