সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের ব্র্যান্ড মালিকের সাথে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে যুক্ত নয়, যদি না নির্দিষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়। সকল ব্র্যান্ড নাম, লোগো, ট্রেডমার্ক এবং পণ্যের নাম তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকের সম্পত্তি।

২. আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারি

পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি, লেনদেন নম্বর, পেমেন্ট পাঠানো নম্বর, পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিতকরণের স্ক্রিনশট, পেমেন্টের অবস্থা, চালান তথ্য এবং প্রতারণা যাচাই সম্পর্কিত তথ্য।

আমরা ব্যাংক পাসওয়ার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পিন, কার্ড পিন, পূর্ণ কার্ড নম্বর, কার্ডের নিরাপত্তা নম্বর অথবা আর্থিক একবারের নিরাপত্তা সংকেত সংরক্ষণ করি না।

৩. ব্যক্তিগত সদস্যতা সক্রিয়করণ ও অস্থায়ী পাসওয়ার্ড নীতি

কিছু ব্যক্তিগত সদস্যতা সেবার ক্ষেত্রে সক্রিয়করণ, সেটআপ অথবা সরবরাহ সম্পন্ন করার জন্য গ্রাহককে অস্থায়ী অ্যাক্সেস দিতে হতে পারে। এর মধ্যে অস্থায়ী পাসওয়ার্ড, আমন্ত্রণ গ্রহণের তথ্য, সক্রিয়করণ কোড, যাচাইকরণ কোড অথবা সেবা সম্পর্কিত অনুরূপ তথ্য থাকতে পারে।

গ্রাহকের নিরাপত্তার জন্য সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি নিচের বিষয়গুলো কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করার পরামর্শ দেয়।

সক্রিয়করণের জন্য অ্যাক্সেস দেওয়ার আগে গ্রাহক অবশ্যই নিজের আসল বা ব্যক্তিগত পাসওয়ার্ডের পরিবর্তে একটি অস্থায়ী পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করবেন।

অস্থায়ী পাসওয়ার্ড অবশ্যই ইমেইল, ব্যাংক, সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যম অথবা অন্য কোনো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড থেকে আলাদা হতে হবে।

গ্রাহক কোনো ব্যাংকিং তথ্য, আর্থিক তথ্য, ব্যক্তিগত গোপন তথ্য অথবা অপ্রয়োজনীয় সংবেদনশীল তথ্য শেয়ার করবেন না, যদি তা কেনা সেবা সম্পন্ন করার জন্য একান্ত প্রয়োজন না হয়।

সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি অস্থায়ী অ্যাক্সেস তথ্য শুধুমাত্র গ্রাহকের অনুরোধ করা সক্রিয়করণ, সরবরাহ অথবা সহায়তার জন্য ব্যবহার করবে।

সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি কখনো ব্যাংক পাসওয়ার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পিন, কার্ড পিন, কার্ডের নিরাপত্তা নম্বর অথবা আর্থিক একবারের নিরাপত্তা সংকেত চাইবে না।

গ্রাহক ভুল করে কোনো সংবেদনশীল তথ্য শেয়ার করলে, গ্রাহককে দ্রুত সংশ্লিষ্ট পাসওয়ার্ড অথবা নিরাপত্তা তথ্য পরিবর্তন করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

৪. আমরা গ্রাহকের তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি

আমরা গ্রাহকের তথ্য নিচের কাজের জন্য ব্যবহার করতে পারি।

অর্ডার হালনাগাদ, সরবরাহ হালনাগাদ, পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিতকরণ, ওয়ারেন্টি তথ্য এবং সহায়তা বার্তা পাঠানোর জন্য।

ওয়েবসাইটের কার্যকারিতা, গ্রাহক অভিজ্ঞতা এবং সেবার মান উন্নত করার জন্য।

কিছু সেবা সম্পন্ন করার জন্য সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি গ্রাহকের কাছ থেকে সেবা সম্পর্কিত একবারের নিরাপত্তা সংকেত, প্রবেশ কোড, আমন্ত্রণ নিশ্চিতকরণ, সক্রিয়করণ কোড অথবা যাচাইকরণ কোড চাইতে পারে।

আমরা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, পেমেন্ট কার্ড অথবা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে নিরাপত্তা সম্পর্কিত আর্থিক একবারের নিরাপত্তা সংকেত চাই না এবং সংরক্ষণ করি না।

গ্রাহক যে কোড শেয়ার করছেন সেটি কোন উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার হবে, তা অবশ্যই ভালোভাবে যাচাই করবেন। যদি কোডটি ব্যাংকিং, কার্ড পেমেন্ট, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং অথবা আর্থিক লেনদেনের নিরাপত্তা সম্পর্কিত হয়, তাহলে সেটি কারও সাথে শেয়ার করা যাবে না।

সরবরাহ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর গ্রাহক নিজের অ্যাকাউন্ট অ্যাক্সেস যাচাই করবেন, অস্থায়ী পাসওয়ার্ড পরিবর্তন করবেন, অপ্রয়োজনীয় প্রবেশ সেশন সরিয়ে ফেলবেন এবং নিজের ডিভাইস নিরাপদ রাখবেন।

৬. পেমেন্ট ও লেনদেন নিরাপত্তা

পেমেন্ট বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার, ভিসা, মাস্টারকার্ড, অ্যামেক্স, ডিবিবিএল নেক্সাস, এসএসএলকমার্জ অথবা অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ও পেমেন্ট সেবা প্রদানকারীর মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হতে পারে।

পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান তাদের নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তা নীতি এবং নিরাপত্তা নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে।

সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি পূর্ণ কার্ড নম্বর, কার্ড পিন, কার্ডের নিরাপত্তা নম্বর, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পিন, ব্যাংক পাসওয়ার্ড অথবা আর্থিক একবারের নিরাপত্তা সংকেত সংরক্ষণ করে না।

আমরা অর্ডার যাচাই, হিসাব সংরক্ষণ, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ, রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া এবং বিরোধ সমাধানের জন্য লেনদেন নম্বর, পেমেন্ট পাঠানো নম্বর, পেমেন্ট স্ক্রিনশট, চালান এবং পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিতকরণ তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করতে পারি।

৭. কুকি ও অনুরূপ প্রযুক্তি

সরবরাহ, সক্রিয়করণ, সদস্যতা অথবা সহায়তা সহযোগীর সাথে, যেখানে প্রয়োজন।

আইন, কর, হিসাব, নিয়ন্ত্রক অথবা সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে, যদি আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন হয়।

৯. তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট ও সেবা

১০. তথ্য সংরক্ষণ

সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অর্ডার রেকর্ড, লেনদেন রেকর্ড, চালান, পেমেন্ট তথ্য, সরবরাহ প্রমাণ, ওয়ারেন্টি রেকর্ড, সহায়তা বার্তা এবং বিরোধ সম্পর্কিত তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করতে পারে।

ব্যবসায়িক, আইনি, হিসাব, কর, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ, ওয়ারেন্টি এবং বিরোধ সমাধানের প্রয়োজনে কিছু তথ্য দীর্ঘ সময় সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।

যখন কোনো তথ্য আর প্রয়োজন হবে না, তখন আমরা সেটি মুছে ফেলতে, পরিচয়বিহীন করতে, সংরক্ষণাগারে রাখতে অথবা নিরাপদভাবে সীমিত করতে পারি।

১১. গ্রাহকের অধিকার

গ্রাহক চাইলে নিজের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য দেখতে, সংশোধন করতে, হালনাগাদ করতে অথবা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

তবে অর্ডার রেকর্ড, পেমেন্ট যাচাই, ওয়ারেন্টি, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ, কর, হিসাব, আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা, বিরোধ সমাধান অথবা নিরাপত্তার প্রয়োজনে কিছু তথ্য সঙ্গে সঙ্গে মুছে ফেলা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

তথ্য সংশোধন অথবা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধের জন্য গ্রাহক আমাদের অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।

১২. প্রচারণামূলক বার্তা ও বন্ধ করার অধিকার

সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি গ্রাহককে অর্ডার হালনাগাদ, সরবরাহ হালনাগাদ, পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিতকরণ, সহায়তা বার্তা, ওয়ারেন্টি বার্তা এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সেবা সম্পর্কিত নোটিশ পাঠাতে পারে।

আমরা ছাড়, অফার এবং প্রচারণামূলক বার্তা এসএমএস, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, ইমেইল অথবা অন্য মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে পারি।

গ্রাহক প্রচারণামূলক বার্তা বন্ধ করতে চাইলে আমাদের সহায়তা টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন অথবা বার্তা বন্ধ করার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

প্রচারণামূলক বার্তা বন্ধ করার পরও গ্রাহক প্রয়োজনীয় অর্ডার, পেমেন্ট, সরবরাহ, সহায়তা, ওয়ারেন্টি, নিরাপত্তা অথবা আইনি বার্তা পেতে পারেন।

১৩. নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা

সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি গ্রাহকের তথ্য অনুমতিহীন প্রবেশ, অপব্যবহার, হারানো, পরিবর্তন অথবা প্রকাশ থেকে সুরক্ষিত রাখতে যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রযুক্তিগত ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করে।

তবে কোনো ওয়েবসাইট, ইন্টারনেট যোগাযোগ, বার্তা আদান প্রদান মাধ্যম, ইমেইল ব্যবস্থা অথবা ডিজিটাল সংরক্ষণ ব্যবস্থা শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়।

গ্রাহক নিজের ইমেইল, ডিভাইস, পাসওয়ার্ড, একবারের নিরাপত্তা সংকেত এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য নিরাপদ রাখার জন্য নিজেই দায়িত্বশীল।

গ্রাহক শক্তিশালী পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করবেন, সম্ভব হলে দুই ধাপ যাচাইকরণ চালু করবেন, সংবেদনশীল তথ্য শেয়ার করা থেকে বিরত থাকবেন এবং সক্রিয়করণ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর অস্থায়ী পাসওয়ার্ড দ্রুত পরিবর্তন করবেন।

১৪. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

গ্রাহক সঠিক অর্ডার তথ্য, পেমেন্ট তথ্য এবং যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান করবেন।

গ্রাহক ব্যাংক পাসওয়ার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পিন, কার্ড পিন, কার্ডের নিরাপত্তা নম্বর অথবা আর্থিক একবারের নিরাপত্তা সংকেত সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি অথবা অন্য কারও সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না।

ব্যক্তিগত সদস্যতা সক্রিয়করণের জন্য গ্রাহক নিজের আসল পাসওয়ার্ডের পরিবর্তে অস্থায়ী পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করবেন এবং সেবা সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর দ্রুত পাসওয়ার্ড পরিবর্তন করবেন।

গ্রাহক যে সেবা কিনছেন, সেই সেবার অফিসিয়াল ব্যবহার নিয়ম, ডিভাইস সীমা, অ্যাকাউন্ট নীতি, অঞ্চলভিত্তিক সীমাবদ্ধতা এবং প্ল্যাটফর্মের শর্তাবলি বুঝে নেওয়ার জন্য নিজেই দায়িত্বশীল।

সাবস্ক্রিপশনস মার্ট বিডি শুধুমাত্র সদস্যতা, অ্যাক্সেস, সরবরাহ এবং সক্রিয়করণ সহায়তা প্রদান করে। আমরা সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবহার শেখানো, আউটপুট প্রশিক্ষণ, ডিভাইস শেখানো, প্ল্যাটফর্ম শেখানো অথবা রিসেলার ব্যবসা প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করি না, যদি না আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়।

১৫. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা
