Refund, replacement and warranty terms
Check the PSN account country and selected USD value before payment. After successful code delivery or reveal, change-of-mind cancellation, return, exchange or refund is generally unavailable. A wrong region, wrong account or wrong value selected by the buyer is not a code defect.
A code verified as invalid or inactive on first use may qualify for replacement or another appropriate remedy. An already-redeemed message does not create an automatic replacement or refund; the available information and evidence will be reviewed before a decision. If the ordered code is not delivered, the wrong value is supplied, or another error is caused by Subscriptions Mart BD, the case remains eligible for correction, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Support covers the order, code delivery and redemption guidance only. It does not cover account creation, account recovery, device tutorials, game installation, parental-control setup, account suspension or user violations of PlayStation terms.
