Living in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, Italy, the USA, Canada or anywhere else outside Bangladesh? You can still order from Subscriptions Mart BD. Prices are in Taka, and everything is delivered online, so it does not matter where you live. This guide explains how to pay from abroad, when we deliver in your local time, and what to check before you order.
Can I order from outside Bangladesh?
Yes. Our checkout accepts billing addresses and phone numbers from other countries. You pay the same Taka price shown on the product page. Nothing is shipped: codes, account activations and invitations are all delivered online.
Three ways to pay from abroad
- Card (Visa or Mastercard): at checkout choose Pay Online (Credit/Debit Card/Nagad/MFS/NetBanking). This is our EPS payment option. The amount is in Taka, so your bank converts it to your currency and may add its own fee. If your card is declined, check with your bank that online and international payments are turned on, or use one of the options below.
- Your own bKash or Nagad app: if you still use your Bangladeshi bKash or Nagad account abroad, choose Pay By bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer at checkout and pay from the app.
- Someone in Bangladesh pays: a family member or friend in Bangladesh can pay for your order with bKash or Nagad. Message us on WhatsApp if you want to arrange it this way.
Finish the payment within 60 minutes. An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after 60 minutes. If that happens, simply place the order again.
Delivery time in your local time
We work every day from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Bangladesh time (UTC+6). Each product page shows its own delivery time, counted from when your payment is confirmed. In local time, our working hours are:

In the UK, Europe, the USA and Canada the difference changes with daylight saving time, so convert from Bangladesh time (UTC+6).
How you get order updates
Order updates are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, so use an email you check often. If you also have a Bangladeshi mobile number, you can enter it at checkout.
Check your account’s country first
Some products depend on the country your account is set to:
- Gift cards work only with an account from the card’s country. For example, an Apple Gift Card USA works only with a US Apple Account. If your Apple Account is set to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK or another country, choose that country’s card from our Apple Gift Card page.
- Family and household plans such as Google One, YouTube Premium Family, Spotify Family or Netflix have their own location rules. Read the notes on the product page before you order.
- Streaming catalogues can differ from country to country.

Is the price different if I order from abroad?
No. You pay the Taka price on the product page. If you pay by card, your bank may add a currency conversion fee.
My card payment failed. What can I do?
Ask your bank to allow online and international payments on the card, then try again. You can also pay with your own bKash or Nagad app, or ask someone in Bangladesh to pay with bKash or Nagad.
How do I contact you from abroad?
