A Steam Wallet top-up issued for Hong Kong, delivered as a digital code. The balance is added to your Steam Wallet and can be spent on games, DLC and in-game items on Steam.

Compatibility

• Issued market: Hong Kong
• Currency: HKD
• Account required: a Steam account whose store country is Hong Kong and whose wallet currency is HKD. Valve rejects a wallet code whose currency does not match the account’s wallet currency.
• Where the balance is spent: the Steam store on that account. Wallet balance cannot be converted to another currency, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn.

If your account is not already set to Hong Kong, this card will not redeem. Message us before ordering if you are unsure.

How to redeem

1. Sign in to the Steam client or store.steampowered.com with the account you want to top up.
2. Open Games → Redeem a Steam Wallet Code, or use store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode.
3. Enter the code we send you and confirm.
4. The balance is added to that account’s Steam Wallet.

Important notes

• Digital delivery only — a code is sent to you; nothing is shipped.
• Each code can be redeemed once. After the code is revealed it cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the code is confirmed invalid or defective.
• The balance is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts or countries.
