প্রতিটি পন্য আমরা অথরাইজড প্রতিষ্ঠানের থেকে এবং বিভিন্ন বিক্রেতা দের থেকে ক্রয় করে পুনরায় আমরা বিক্রি করে থাকি।
পন্য ডেলিভারি :-
আমাদের ডেলিভারি অর্ডার প্রদান করার 60- 240 মিনিট এর মধ্যে কাস্টমার এর নিবন্ধিত ই-মেইল অথবা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ এ ডেলিভারি করা হয় আমাদের কর্ম ঘন্টার মধ্যে। কর্মঘন্টা ব্যাতিত সময় এ অর্ডার করলে পরবর্তী কর্মসময় এ ডেলিভারি করা হবে। আমাদের অফিস কর্ম সময় বাংলাদেশ সময় সকাল ১১ টা থেকে রাত ১১ টা পর্যন্ত।
পন্য ফেরত:
আমাদের সকল প্রোডাক্ট ডিজিটাল পন্য সেহেতু কোন ফেরত গ্রহনযোগ্য নয়, তবে বিবেচনা সাপেক্ষে তা অন্য পণ্যর সাথে বদলযোগ্য।
মুল্য ফেরত:-
- অর্ডার বাতিল এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রদানকৃত মূল্য ফেরত যোগ্য নয়, তবে সেটি (শর্ত ১.১) এর আওতাভুক্ত হলে অন্য প্রোডাক্ট এর সাথে মূল্য বিনিময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা:-
১. ডিজিটাল ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ
(১.১) প্রতিটি ডিজিটাল পন্যের এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
(১.২) কোন পন্য যদি উক্ত ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয় তবে আমরা পন্য টি যাচাই করে দেখবো।
(১.৩) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্যর সমস্যা থাকলে সেটি আমরা সমাধান অথবা পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে ২৪ কর্মঘন্টার মধ্য। অন্যথায় ডেলিভারি এবং ক্যান্সেলেশন পলিসি অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড করা হবে
(১.৪) ক্রেতার ডিভাইস জনিত কারনে যদি ডিজিটাল পন্য এক্টিভেশন এ সমস্যা হয় তবে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।
(১.৫) আমরা কল এ কোন টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট দিয়ে থাকি না , কোন সার্ভিস ইস্যু থাকলে আমাদের হোয়াটসএপ এ চ্যাট এর মাধ্যমে সমাধান করে দেওয়া হয় কর্মঘন্টার মধ্যে। আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার নাম্বার ছাড়া হোয়াটসএপ বা সোশ্যালমিডিয়া তে কোন কল এর উত্তর দেওয়া হয় না।
(১.৬) সাবস্ক্রিপশন রিনিউ এর ক্ষেত্রে রিনিউবল প্যাকেজ এর মুল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে। নতুন প্লান এর জন্য প্যাকেজ এর মুল্য অনুযায়ী চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
২. অন্যান্য সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ
(২.১) প্রতিটি সার্ভিস এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
(২.২) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে উক্ত সার্ভিস এর কোন সমস্যা হলে সেটির সমাধান করে দেওয়া হবে। প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতি তে সময়ের বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
(২.৩) ওয়ারেন্টি সময় ব্যতিত অথবা ক্রেতার ডিভাইস জনিত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।
(২.৪) আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং পরিষেবায় সকল গ্রাহক সমান, এবং কেউই বিশেষ পরিচয় বা অবস্থান দেখিয়ে অতিরিক্ত কোনো সুবিধা পাবে না। সবার জন্য একই নিয়ম ও শর্ত প্রযোজ্য থাকবে, এবং আমরা ন্যায্য সেবা প্রদানে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ।
(২.৫) আমাদের প্রতিনিধিদের প্রতি অপমানজনক ভাষা ব্যবহার বা অশোভন আচরণ কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। যদি এমন ঘটনা ঘটে, তবে আমরা আপনার সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি এবং বাংলাদেশে বিদ্যমান “ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন, ২০১৮” (Digital Security Act, 2018) অনুযায়ী সাইবার বুলিং সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো আইনি পদক্ষেপ নিতে পারি।
(২.৬) আমাদের দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সাবস্ক্রিপশনগুলোর (যেমন ৬ মাস বা ১ বছর) ক্ষেত্রে, যদি ব্যবস্থাপনার কারণে কোনো গ্রাহক নির্ধারিত সময়ের চেয়ে অতিরিক্ত মাস ব্যবহার করেন, তবে সেই অতিরিক্ত সময়ের জন্য নম্রভাবে বিলের অনুরোধ করা হবে। তবে, গ্রাহকের সম্মতি ব্যতীত কোনোপ্রকার বাধ্যবাধকতা তৈরি করা হবে না। এছাড়াও, বিশেষ বিবেচনায় আমরা অনেক সময় নিয়মিত ব্যবহারকারীদের রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার প্রদান থেকে বিরত থাকি।
৩. প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি:
(৩.১) যেহেতু আমাদের সার্ভিস গুলো ডিজিটাল, সেহেতু আমাদের সকল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করা হয় হোয়াটসএপ/ ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে।
(৩.২) অবশ্যই সঠিক ইমেইল ও হোয়াটসএপ নাম্বার প্রদান করে অর্ডার করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, যদি ভুল ইমেইল দেওয়া হয় সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে নিতে হবে।
৪. ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট প্রদানের পদ্বতিঃ
(৪.১) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে ক্রেতা সমস্যা সম্মুখীন হলে সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে (রিমোট) ভাবে, অর্থাৎ ক্রেতার ডিভাইসে (TeamViewer) অথবা (Anydesk)WhatsAppথাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
(৪.২) প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত দেখে অর্ডার করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
(৪.৩) প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত ব্যতীত কোন মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্যতা পাবেনা।
৫. পেমেন্ট পলিসিঃ
(৫.১) ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
(৫.২) অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নির্ধারিত চার্জ যুক্ত হবে যা হচ্ছে ১ থেকে ৩.০%
(৫.৩) ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো অতিরিক্ত ট্রানজেকশন ফি বা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না। তবে ভিসা, মাস্টারকার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, এবং ইন্টারনেট ব্যাংকিং এর ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট প্রসেসর গেটওয়ের নির্ধারিত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে, যা সাধারণত ১% থেকে ৩ % পর্যন্ত হয়ে থাকে
৬. শেয়ার্ড সাবস্ক্রিপশন নীতিমালা:
(৬.১) শেয়ার্ড সাবস্ক্রিপশনে কোনো অস্বাভাবিক কার্যকলাপ ধরা পড়লে, আমরা বিনা কারণে সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল করতে পারি এবং অবশিষ্ট সময় অনুযায়ী আংশিক রিফান্ড প্রদান করব।
(৬.২) যদি কেউ সাবস্ক্রিপশন শেয়ার বা পুনরায় বিক্রি করে, তাহলে তার ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পূর্ণরূপে বাতিল করা হবে।
(৬.৩) যে পরিষেবা যা অফার করা হয়েছে সেটিই প্রদান করা হবে, অতিরিক্ত কিছু দাবি করা যাবে না। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, যদি নেটফ্লিক্সে পাসওয়ার্ড শেয়ারিং বন্ধ থাকে, তবে শুধুমাত্র সাইন ইন কোড প্রদান করা হবে, পাসওয়ার্ড নয়।
(৬.৪) আমাদের শর্তাবলীর বাইরে কোনো অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
৭. রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার সম্পর্কিত নীতিমালা
আমাদের নেটফ্লিক্স বা অন্যান্য সাবস্ক্রিপশন সার্ভিসে রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।
তবে গ্রাহকের সুবিধার্থে আমরা অনেক সময় ম্যানুয়ালি রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার পাঠিয়ে থাকি।
এটি সিস্টেম অটোমেটেড নয়, তাই কোনো সময় রিমাইন্ডার মিস হলে গ্রাহক যেন এমন অভিযোগ না করেন:
“আপনারা রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার দেননি কেন?”
আমরা স্পষ্টভাবে জানিয়ে রাখছি, রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার দেওয়া আমাদের বাধ্যতামূলক সেবা নয়। এটি একটি অতিরিক্ত কাস্টমার-ফ্রেন্ডলি ফিচার মাত্র।
বিশেষ ভাবে লক্ষণীয়ঃ
আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী হিসেবে কাজ করি এবং বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির পরিষেবাগুলো আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে তালিকাভুক্ত করি, যা ক্রেতাদের ক্রয় করতে সহায়তা করে। মূল পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী কোম্পানিগুলো তাদের নিজস্ব পরিষেবা কনটেন্ট, পলিসি এবং মূল্য পরিবর্তন, সেবা বাতিল বা শর্তাদি সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। এসব পরিবর্তনের জন্য আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট কোনো দায়িত্ব বহন করবে না।
আমরা শুধুমাত্র একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে কাজ করি এবং আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা বিষয়গুলোর জন্য দায়ী নই। ক্রেতাদের উচিত কোনো পরিষেবা ক্রয় করার আগে মূল পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী কোম্পানির নিয়মাবলী এবং শর্তাবলী ভালোভাবে পড়ে নেওয়া।
সাবস্ক্রিপশন্স মার্ট বিডি যেকোন সময় যেকোন তথ্য /শর্ত পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

We are an official reseller of Worlds Top reputated OTT & Softwere Provider. We are reselling from global sellers.
Product Delivery:
Our delivery is made to the customer’s registered email or WhatsApp within 60–120 minutes of placing the order during our working hours. Orders placed outside working hours will be delivered in the next working period. Our office working hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Bangladesh time.
Product Return:
All our products are digital, so returns are not accepted. However, based on consideration, they may be exchanged for another product.
Refund:
In case of order cancellation, the paid amount is not eligible for a refund. However, if it falls under Condition 1.1, the amount may be exchanged for another product.
1. Digital Goods Warranty Policy:
(1.1) Each Subscripton has a separate warranty period.
(1.2) If any Subscripton is experiencing a problem during the warranty period, we will check the product, before replacement.
(1.3) If the product has any issues within the warranty period, we will resolve the problem or replace it within 24 working hours. Otherwise, a refund will be issued according to the delivery and cancellation policy.
(1.4) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period is exceeded or in case of the problem caused by the buyer’s device.
(1:5) We do not provide any technical support on call, if any service issue is resolved through our WhatsApp chat within working hours. No calls are answered on WhatsApp or social media without our customer care number.
(1.6) For subscription renewals, the renewal package price must be paid. For a new plan, charges will apply based on the package price.
2. Other Service Warranty Policy:
(2.1) The Warranty period is specified separately for each service.
(2.2) If there is any problem with the service during the warranty period, it will be solved. Adverse circumstances may lead to time delays.
(2.3) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period is exceeded or in case of the problem caused by the buyer’s device.(2.4) All customers are equal on our website and services, and no one will receive extra privileges by showing special identity or status. The same rules and conditions will apply to everyone, and we are committed to providing fair service.
(2.5) Using insulting language or exhibiting inappropriate behavior towards our representatives is strictly prohibited. If such an incident occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription and take any necessary legal action regarding cyberbullying under the Digital Security Act, 2018 in Bangladesh.
(2.6) For our long-term subscriptions (such as 6 months or 1 year), if a customer uses the service beyond the agreed period due to management adjustments, an additional bill for the extra usage will be politely requested. However, no pressure or obligation will be imposed without the customer’s consent. Additionally, as a gesture of special consideration, we may occasionally waive renewal reminders for our regular users
3. Product Delivery Process:
(3.1) As our services are digital, all our products are delivered via email.
(3.2) It is requested to place the order by providing the correct email address, if the wrong email address is provided, please contact us.
4. Process of providing warranty support:
(4.1) During the warranty period, if the customer faces any problem, the support will be provided (remotely), i.e. it is mandatory to be on the customer’s device (TeamViewer), (Anyviewer) or (Anydesk). WhatsApp Screen Sharing
(4.2) Please see the details of each product before ordering.
5. Payment Policy:
(5.1) No separate charges will be applicable for manual bank transfer
(5.2) In case of using Other Payment gateway, their prescribed charges will be added which is 1- 3%
(5.3) For bank transfer payments, no additional transaction fees or charges will apply. However, for Visa, MasterCard, mobile banking, and internet banking, the payment processor’s designated fees will apply, which may range from 1% to 3%.
6. Shared Subscription Policy:
(6.1) If unusual activity is detected in a shared subscription, we reserve the right to cancel the membership without notice. Partial refunds will be issued based on the remaining time.
(6.2) If a customer shares or resells a subscription, the warranty will be completely void.
(6.3) Only the specified service will be provided; extra requests such as password sharing (e.g., Netflix) will not be entertained. Activation will be done via sign-in code.
(6.4) Customers must accept all policies before purchasing; no external requests will be entertained.
7. Subscription Renewal Reminders
We do not have any obligation to send renewal reminders for Netflix or other subscriptions. However, for customer convenience, we sometimes manually send reminders.
This is not an automated system-based service. If a reminder is missed, customers are requested not to raise complaints like:
“Why didn’t you send a renewal reminder?”
We clearly state that renewal reminders are not guaranteed, and customers should keep track of their own subscription validity.
Special Attention
We operate as a third-party service provider, listing various companies’ services on our website to assist buyers in making purchases. The primary service provider companies reserve the right to change or amend their service content, policies, and pricing. Our website will not be responsible for these changes.We function solely as a platform and are not liable for matters beyond our control. Buyers should carefully read the terms and conditions of the primary service provider companies before purchasing any service. Our relevant department will make every effort to provide updated information regarding service changes and amendments. However, we cannot guarantee that all information displayed on our website will always be up to date.
