Subscriptions Mart BD

Terms & Conditions (English Version)
Terms & Conditions
Version 2.0 — Effective: 26 September 2026. The version in effect at the time of an order applies to that order.
These Terms apply together with our Order Delivery Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail; however, product-specific terms stated on a product page prevail for that product only. In case of any inconsistency between the Bangla and English versions, the Bangla version shall prevail.
We operate as a third-party digital service reseller platform, where we provide various international OTT, software, and AI subscription services.
We collect services from authorized sources and global sellers and offer customers a simple and convenient payment process through our own payment channels based on each product.
Product Delivery:
Our delivery is completed within 60–240 working minutes after placing the order, through the customer’s registered email or WhatsApp (gift card codes: My Account → Gift Cards — Section 9), during our working hours.
If an order is placed outside working hours, delivery will be completed in the next working period.
Our office hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Bangladesh Time).
Delivery Time Calculation:
Delivery time is calculated from the time the order is placed, within working hours.
If a customer places an order close to the end of working hours and the delivery time cannot be fully covered, the delivery will be completed in the next working session.
Express Delivery:
Express delivery (60–90 minutes) is only applicable if the order is placed at least 30 minutes before the end of working hours.
If the order is placed late, express delivery will not be applicable.
Any additional charge for express delivery will be clearly shown during checkout.
Product Return:
All our products are digital goods, therefore returns are not accepted.
However, before delivery, the customer may choose to exchange the order for another product.
Refund Policy:
If the customer cancels an order before delivery, the remaining amount after deducting the 15% cancellation fee and the ৳20 platform fee will be refunded to the original payment method, or the customer may choose to exchange it for another product. The cancellation fee is 15% of the product price; refund = total amount paid − cancellation fee − platform fee − payment gateway fee (if applicable). After delivery is completed, the price is non-refundable, except under Sections 1.10–1.11 (proportional refund if replacement is not possible). If we fail to deliver, the full amount will be refunded under Section 3.5.
If the customer does not request cancellation, the order will not be automatically cancelled.
If multiple attempts are made to provide activation but the customer does not respond, the order can still be received within the validity period.
Once the validity period expires:
- No activation
- No refund
- No claims will be accepted
After-Sales Service:
1. Digital Warranty Policy:
(1.1) Each digital product has a separate warranty period.
(1.2) If any product faces an issue within the warranty period, we will verify the product.
(1.3) If a problem is confirmed within the warranty period, the product will be replaced.
(1.4) Warranty will not be applicable if the issue is caused by the customer’s device, internet, or network.
(1.5) We provide a fully online service; no support is provided by phone call. For complaints and support, contact us via WhatsApp: 01611900845, or email: hi@subscriptionsmartbd.com — during working hours (11:00 AM–11:00 PM). Complaints are resolved and responded to within 72 hours of receipt.
(1.6) For subscription renewals, the renewal package price must be paid. For new plans, charges will apply based on the package.
(1.7) The official duration, usable validity, and warranty period of each subscription may differ. In many cases, subscriptions are provided through student offers, promotional deals, or third-party sources. Therefore, even if the official duration is longer (e.g., 12 months), the actual usable time may be shorter, which will be mentioned in the product description.
(1.8) In such cases, a specific warranty period is provided. If any issue occurs within this period, a partial warranty-based replacement or exchange will be provided after verification.
(1.9) After the warranty period ends, no claims will be accepted, and customers cannot demand the full official duration.
(1.10) Scope of Full-Period Warranty: We only activate and deliver the purchased subscription or service. If a tier-related issue occurs within the warranty period stated on the product (subject to Sections 1.7–1.9) (e.g. a Pro/Paid plan becomes Free, is downgraded or becomes inactive), a resolution or replacement will be provided for the remaining period, subject to verification. If a replacement or resolution is not possible, a refund proportional to the remaining period will be provided.
The warranty does not cover usage limits (usage caps, credits, rate limits) or the platform’s own technical problems or policy changes. In such cases the customer must contact the platform’s Official Support.
However, if we fail to activate or deliver the service, the full amount will be refunded under Section 3.5. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
(1.11) Subscriptions activated on the customer’s own account (e.g. an AI chat subscription):
(a) If the platform’s policies are violated through the customer’s use, the account is limited, suspended or banned by the platform, or the platform requests verification from the customer (identity, phone number, age, etc.), no replacement, exchange or refund applies. The customer must contact the platform’s Official Support directly.
(b) If the customer cancels the subscription on the platform, changes the plan or billing/payment details, or requests a refund from the platform, the warranty is fully void.
(c) If the platform refunds the subscription payment because of (a) or (b), the customer has no claim to that amount, as our service was fully delivered.
(d) If the platform cancels or refunds the subscription without any fault of the customer, it will be treated as a tier-related issue under Section 1.10, and a resolution or replacement will be provided for the remaining period.
2. Other Service Warranty Policy:
(2.1) Each service has its own warranty period.
(2.2) If any issue occurs within the warranty period, it will be resolved. Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
(2.3) Warranty will not be applicable after the warranty period or if the issue is caused by the customer’s device.
(2.4) All customers are treated equally on our website and services. No one will receive extra benefits based on identity or status (subject to Section 2.7).
(2.5) Using abusive language, insults, or inappropriate behavior towards our representatives is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription and, if necessary, take appropriate action under applicable cyber laws in Bangladesh (in accordance with Section 2.7).
(2.6) For long-term subscriptions (such as 6 months or 1 year), if a customer uses more time than agreed due to management reasons, we may politely request payment for the extra usage. However, no obligation will be created without the customer’s consent. In some cases, we may choose not to send renewal reminders for regular users.
(2.7) Right to Accept or Decline Service: Subscriptions Mart BD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, decline or cancel any order, or to restrict any account, including but not limited to cases of repeated disputes over disclosed terms, abusive conduct toward our representatives, chargeback abuse, suspected fraud, incomplete verification, or where a customer’s requirements are incompatible with our delivery methods. In such cases, the full amount for any undelivered order will be refunded to the original payment method. No customer is entitled to compel us to provide service. Such decisions are never based on religion, gender, ethnicity or similar personal characteristics.
3. Product Delivery Process:
(3.1) Since our services are digital, all products are delivered via WhatsApp or email (gift card codes: My Account → Gift Cards — Section 9).
(3.2) Customers are requested to provide correct email and WhatsApp numbers while placing an order. If incorrect information is provided, the customer must contact us.
(3.3) If a product is out of stock, “Out of stock” will be shown next to it and no payment will be taken for it. If a product becomes unavailable after an order, Section 3.5 applies.
(3.4) The original service provider may change plans, pricing, or availability at any time.
(3.5) If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed or we are unable to deliver, the customer will be informed within 48 hours of the order and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the following 72 hours (excluding the payment provider’s own processing time). Any charges in this case will be borne by us. The customer may choose another product instead of a refund, but this is entirely at the customer’s choice.
4. Warranty Support Process:
(4.1) During the warranty period, support will be provided remotely. The customer must have access to tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or WhatsApp screen sharing.
(4.2) Customers are requested to review product details before placing an order.
(4.3) Claims outside the product description will not be accepted; however, any complaint may be raised through Section 1.5.
5. Payment Policy:
(5.1) [Void — see Section 5.2]
(5.2) For the payment methods shown at checkout, the payment channel’s charge (usually 1–3%) applies. When a payment channel (bKash, Nagad, card, etc.) is selected on the gateway page, that channel’s charge is added to the total and shown before the payment is confirmed.
(5.3) [Void — see Section 5.2]
(5.4) For security purposes, verification may be required for certain orders.
(5.5) If the order number and payment number differ, ownership verification may be required.
(5.6) Verification may include national ID, live selfie, or video verification.
(5.7) If verification is not completed, the order may be held or cancelled. If ownership is not confirmed within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded only to the payment account from which it was paid.
(5.8) A platform fee of ৳20 applies to every order and is shown at checkout before payment. The platform fee is non-refundable; however, if we fail to deliver, the full amount including this fee and the payment provider’s charge will be refunded (Section 3.5). If the customer cancels before delivery: the cancellation fee is 15% of the product price; refund = total amount paid − cancellation fee − platform fee − payment gateway fee (if applicable); beyond this, only a fee the payment gateway charges under its own policy is also deducted, and none if there is no such fee.
6. Shared Subscription Policy:
(6.1) If any unusual activity caused by the customer’s use is detected in a shared subscription, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided based on the remaining time at our discretion; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
(6.2) If a subscription is shared or resold, the warranty will be completely void.
(6.3) Only the service that has been offered will be provided. For example, if password sharing is restricted (such as Netflix), only sign-in code access will be provided, not passwords.
(6.4) Requests outside our terms will not be accepted.
(6.5) If multiple device logins or unusual activity (Different Device Linking) is detected, the subscription may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
(6.6) Changing any account information is strictly prohibited.
7. Subscription Renewal Reminder Policy:
We are not obligated to provide renewal reminders for Netflix or other subscription services.
However, for customer convenience, we may manually send reminders in some cases.
This is not an automated system. If a reminder is missed, customers are requested not to complain.
Renewal reminders are an optional, customer-friendly feature and not a guaranteed service.
8. Password-less Activation & Technical Limitations:
(8.1) Some subscriptions use password-less activation (such as sign-in code or email code).
(8.2) Logging out may occur due to cache clearing, cookie deletion, IP changes, cleaner tools, server refresh, or device changes. This is a technical limitation.
(8.3) For such issues, no support will be provided outside working hours, and no additional time or validity extension will be given.
(8.4) To avoid such issues, customers are advised to use private subscriptions.
(8.5) When using shared subscriptions, these issues are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
9. Digital Codes & Gift Cards Policy:
(9.1) Every digital code / gift card works only under its stated region, currency and platform rules, as shown on the product page.
(9.2) The buyer is fully responsible for checking that their account region and currency match the product before purchase.
(9.3) No refund or exchange is available for region, currency or account mismatch once a code has been delivered or revealed.
(9.4) Codes proven invalid or previously used will be replaced or refunded after Issuer verification.
(9.5) Using a VPN or proxy violates the terms of many platforms (e.g. Steam). Any resulting action on the account is solely the buyer’s responsibility. We do not recommend VPN use.
(9.6) By accepting the Terms & Conditions at checkout, the buyer agrees to this policy.
(9.7) Once a gift card code/key is revealed or delivered, the order is considered Completed; cancellation no longer applies, and a refund is possible only under Section 9.4.
(9.8) Live video/selfie verification of the payment holder may be requested; if not completed within 24 hours, Section 5.7 applies.
10. Activation Method and Passwords
(10.1) Each product’s activation method (e.g. family invitation, activation on the customer’s account, readymade account, code/key) is stated on its product page before purchase. If the method conflicts with the customer’s personal, employer or organizational policies, this is not grounds for a refund; in such cases please do not place the order.
(10.2) Where activation on the customer’s account is required, the customer must provide only a temporary password and change it after activation (Privacy Policy §3). For readymade accounts, we provide the email and password. Code/key-based products require no password.
(10.3) 2-step verification may stay enabled; the customer must be ready to provide the required code during activation.
(10.4) The validity stated on the product page applies. Where a product’s actual validity is shorter than a calendar month (e.g. 28 days), it will be stated in days on the product page and variation.
11. Physical Products:
(11.1) Physical products are handed to the courier within 48 hours of payment; delivery takes 3–5 working days inside Dhaka (max 5 days) and 3–7 working days outside Dhaka (max 10 days).
(11.2) If delivery is not made within this time, the full amount will be refunded under Section 3.5.
(11.3) The delivery time for digital products (60–240 minutes) does not apply to physical products.
12. Price and Billing Information:
(12.1) The price you pay Subscriptions Mart BD is the price shown on our website at checkout and in your order invoice; this is the price that applies to your order.
(12.2) The amount, currency, plan name or billing date shown in the service’s own account, subscription or billing page may differ from the amount you paid us. This can happen because of coupons, promotional offers, affiliate or partner offers, regional pricing, currency conversion, taxes, or the way the subscription was purchased or activated.
(12.3) Such a difference alone does not mean there is a problem with your order and is not a reason for a refund or price claim; warranty and support remain as set out in these Terms. For any question about your invoice, please contact our support.
13. Trademarks and Ownership:
(13.1) All product and service names, logos, copyrights, trademarks and service marks shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products and services we sell.
(13.2) Subscriptions Mart BD is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these owners, unless this is clearly stated.
Special Attention:
We operate as a third-party service provider and list services from various companies on our website to help customers make purchases.
The original service providers reserve the right to change their service content, policies, pricing, server maintenance, or availability at any time. We are not responsible for such changes.
We act only as a platform and are not responsible for matters beyond our control. Customers are advised to review the original service provider’s terms before purchasing. However, this does not limit our obligations regarding delivery failure and warranty (Sections 3.5 and 1.10).
Subscriptions Mart BD may change these terms at any time; changes apply to orders placed after the publication date.
By placing the order, you agree to these terms. Claims outside these conditions will not be accepted.
