নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী
Subscriptions Mart BD এ আমরা সকল পণ্য ও সার্ভিস অথরাইজড প্রতিষ্ঠান এবং বিশ্বস্ত আন্তর্জাতিক বিক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে সংগ্রহ করে গ্রাহকদের কাছে পুনরায় বিক্রি করে থাকি।
আমাদের সকল পণ্য ও সার্ভিস ডিজিটাল।
পণ্য ডেলিভারি
Regular ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর সাধারণত 60 থেকে 240 মিনিটের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয় আমাদের কর্মঘন্টার মধ্যে।
ডেলিভারি কাস্টমারের নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল অথবা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নম্বরে প্রদান করা হয়।
কর্মঘন্টার বাইরে অর্ডার করলে পরবর্তী কর্মঘন্টায় ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
আমাদের অফিস সময় বাংলাদেশ সময় সকাল 11টা থেকে রাত 11টা পর্যন্ত।
Express Delivery
জরুরি ডেলিভারির জন্য Express Delivery সুবিধা রয়েছে।
Express Delivery সময় সাধারণত 20 থেকে 60 অফিস কর্ম মিনিট।
Express Delivery চার্জ 100 টাকা।
আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো কারণে Express Delivery প্রদান করা সম্ভব না হলে অথবা কর্মঘন্টার বাইরে অর্ডার করার কারণে Express Delivery দেওয়া না গেলে Express Delivery চার্জ রিফান্ড করা হবে।
তবে কাস্টমার সময়মতো অ্যাভেইলেবল না থাকলে অথবা অ্যাক্টিভেশন গ্রহণে ব্যর্থ হলে Express Delivery চার্জ রিফান্ড বা অ্যাডজাস্টযোগ্য হবে না।
পণ্য ফেরত
আমাদের সকল পণ্য ডিজিটাল হওয়ায় কোনো ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
তবে বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে বিবেচনা সাপেক্ষে অন্য পণ্যের সাথে এক্সচেঞ্জ করা হতে পারে।
মূল্য ফেরত
অর্ডার বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে প্রদানকৃত মূল্য ক্যাশ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
তবে নির্দিষ্ট শর্তের আওতায় অন্য পণ্যের সাথে মূল্য অ্যাডজাস্ট করা হতে পারে।
বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা
প্রতিটি ডিজিটাল পণ্য বা সাবস্ক্রিপশনের জন্য আলাদা ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করা থাকে।
ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমরা সেটি যাচাই করে সমাধান বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করবো।
কাস্টমারের ডিভাইস ইন্টারনেট VPN বা সিস্টেমজনিত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে না।
আমরা কলের মাধ্যমে কোনো টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান করি না।
সকল সাপোর্ট শুধুমাত্র WhatsApp চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে কর্মঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রদান করা হয়।
Customer Care নম্বর ছাড়া WhatsApp বা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় করা কোনো কল গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
গেম টপ আপ
Subscriptions Mart BD শুধুমাত্র Direct Game Top Up সার্ভিস প্রদান করে।
আমরা VCC বা Cash Card বিক্রি করি না।
কাস্টমারের দেওয়া Game ID বা Player ID অনুযায়ী সরাসরি টপ আপ করা হয়।
ভুল Game ID Server বা Player তথ্য দিলে তার সম্পূর্ণ দায় কাস্টমারের।
একবার টপ আপ সম্পন্ন হলে কোনো পরিবর্তন বাতিল বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
সাবস্ক্রিপশন রিনিউ
সাবস্ক্রিপশন রিনিউ করার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট রিনিউ প্যাকেজের মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
নতুন প্ল্যান বা আপগ্রেডের ক্ষেত্রে প্যাকেজ অনুযায়ী চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
শেয়ার্ড সাবস্ক্রিপশন নীতিমালা
শেয়ার্ড সাবস্ক্রিপশনে অস্বাভাবিক কার্যকলাপ ধরা পড়লে Subscriptions Mart BD যেকোনো সময় সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
সাবস্ক্রিপশন শেয়ার বা পুনরায় বিক্রি করলে ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পূর্ণ বাতিল হবে।
যে সার্ভিস অফার করা হয়েছে সেটিই প্রদান করা হবে অতিরিক্ত কোনো দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার
রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার দেওয়া আমাদের বাধ্যতামূলক সেবা নয়।
গ্রাহকের সুবিধার্থে অনেক সময় ম্যানুয়ালি রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার পাঠানো হয়ে থাকে।
রিমাইন্ডার না পেলে এই ধরনের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়

পেমেন্ট ও প্রসেসিং ফি
Bank Transfer পেমেন্টে কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জ নেই।
Visa MasterCard Mobile Banking এবং Internet Banking ব্যবহারে 1 থেকে 3 শতাংশ গেটওয়ে চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
সকল অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত 20 টাকা Processing Fee প্রযোজ্য।
বিশেষভাবে লক্ষণীয়
Subscriptions Mart BD একটি তৃতীয় পক্ষের ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস প্ল্যাটফর্ম।
মূল সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার যেকোনো সময় তাদের নিয়ম মূল্য বা কনটেন্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারে এবং এর দায় Subscriptions Mart BD বহন করবে না।
Subscriptions Mart BD যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
উক্ত শর্তগুলো মেনে নিয়েই আপনি অর্ডার প্রদান করছেন।
শর্ত ব্যতীত কোনো মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
English Terms & Conditions
Subscriptions Mart BD purchases products and services from authorized companies and trusted global sellers and resells them to customers through its platform.
All products and services offered by Subscriptions Mart BD are digital.
Product Delivery
Regular delivery is completed within 60 to 120 minutes after order placement during working hours.
Delivery is made to the customer registered email address or WhatsApp number.
Orders placed outside working hours are delivered during the next working session.
Official working hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Bangladesh Time.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available for urgent orders.
Express delivery time is usually 20 to 60 minutes.
Express delivery fee is 100 BDT.
If express delivery cannot be provided due to internal limitations or because the order was placed outside working hours the express delivery fee will be refunded.
If the customer is unavailable unresponsive or fails to receive activation the express delivery fee will not be refunded or adjusted.
Product Return
All products are digital therefore returns are not applicable.
In special cases products may be exchanged with another product at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Order cancellation does not qualify for a cash refund.
In specific cases value adjustment with another product may be applicable.
After Sales Service
Each digital product or subscription has a separately defined warranty period.
If any issue occurs within the warranty period it will be verified and resolved or replaced if applicable.
Warranty is not valid for customer device internet VPN or system related issues.
We do not provide technical support via phone calls.
All support is provided through WhatsApp chat within working hours.
Calls made through WhatsApp or social media without using official customer care numbers will not be answered.
Game Top Up
Subscriptions Mart BD provides direct game top up services Via Login only.
We do not sell VCC Or Cash cards.
Top ups are processed using the customer provided game ID or player ID.
Customers are responsible for providing correct game information.
Once a game top up is completed no changes cancellations or refunds are applicable.
Subscription Renewal
Subscription renewal requires payment of the applicable renewal package price.
New plans or upgrades will be charged based on the selected package.
Shared Subscription Policy
If unusual activity is detected Subscriptions Mart BD reserves the right to cancel the subscription.
Sharing or reselling a subscription will void the warranty.
Only the offered service will be provided and no additional requests will be accepted.
Renewal Reminder Policy
Providing renewal reminders is not mandatory.
Reminders may be sent manually as a customer friendly courtesy.
Failure to receive a reminder is not a valid complaint.
Payment and Processing Fee
No extra charges apply for bank transfer payments.
Payments via Visa MasterCard Mobile Banking or Internet Banking may include gateway charges ranging from 1 percent to 3 percent.
A processing fee of 20 BDT is applicable for all orders.
Final Notice
Subscriptions Mart BD operates as a third party digital service platform.
Primary service providers may change policies pricing or service content at any time and Subscriptions Mart BD is not responsible for such changes.
Subscriptions Mart BD reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted all the above terms and conditions.
