Digital Goods Warranty Policy:
(1.1) Each Subscripton has a separate warranty period.
(1.2) If any Subscripton is experiencing a problem during the warranty period, we will check the product, before replacement.
(1.3) If there is a problem with the products within the warranty period, we will replace it.
(1.4) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period is exceeded or in case of the problem caused by the buyerâs device.
(1:5) We do not provide any technical support on call, if any service issue is resolved through our WhatsApp chat within working hours. No calls are answered on WhatsApp or social media without our customer care number.
(1.6) For subscription renewals, the renewal package price must be paid. For a new plan, charges will apply based on the package price.
Other Service Warranty Policy:
