Validity and renewal
Choose 1 Month or 1 Year. Annual prices use Metricool’s published annual-billing monthly rates multiplied by twelve. Renewal requires a new order unless expressly agreed otherwise. Provider fair-use limits and optional add-on charges remain applicable.
Account activation and delivery
- The subscription is arranged for the customer’s own email address.
- Never share your email password, one-time code or payment credentials. You may need to complete the provider’s own sign-up or invitation step.
- Orders are prepaid. Unpaid orders are not processed.
- Regular e-delivery: 60–240 working minutes during 11:00 AM–11:00 PM Bangladesh time.
- Express delivery: when available at checkout, 30–90 working minutes with the additional fee displayed there.
- Orders placed outside working hours are queued for the next service period.
